One Last Ride On The Road To GTA VI 📅 119 Days to launch
That one word…
“almost.”
It’s funny, but it’s also heartbreaking.
People often know exactly what they should do. The difficult part is admitting they haven’t done it yet. Change rarely begins with fooling other people. It begins with being honest with yourself.
“The first principle is that you must not fool yourself—and you are the easiest person to fool.” Richard Feynman
One thing I really admire about Rockstar here. This conversation isn’t making fun of addiction. It’s making Tanya feel real. She jokes. She deflects. She minimises. Franklin sees through it immediately.
That’s exactly how many difficult conversations play out in real life. People rarely announce, “I’m struggling.” More often, they hide behind humour or vague promises that they’re “almost” there.
That makes this scene more than a funny exchange. It’s a subtle reminder that change starts with honesty, and sometimes the smallest words reveal the biggest truths. I think that’s the human behaviour worth highlighting, rather than focusing on the opening flirtation.
With Grand Theft Auto VI on the horizon, I thought it was the perfect time to revisit one of the greatest games ever made. GTA V was one of the very first games I created content for, and while I had plenty of enthusiasm back then, I was still learning the art of recording, editing and storytelling. Looking back at those early videos reminds me just how much I’ve grown as a creator. I won’t deny I still have a long way to go though!
So, over the days leading up to the launch of GTA VI, I’m returning to Los Santos for Grand Theft Auto V – Series 2. Rather than simply re-uploading old footage, I’m creating a brand-new collection of fast-paced shorts that focus on the funniest moments, biggest fails, epic stunts and unforgettable chaos. These clips are shorter, sharper and edited to keep the action flowing from start to finish. Think of it as a celebration of GTA V, a countdown to GTA VI, and a chance to compare where Gramepa started with where the channel is today. The challenge is to get the whole game covered by GTAVI launch.
Thanks for joining me on the road back to Los Santos. If you enjoy the clip, a like, comment or share really helps the series reach more people. Follow Gramepa for at least one new GTA V short every day (probably two if I’m going to achieve this) as we count down to the biggest gaming launch in years. I hope you’ll enjoy the ride as much as I do!
