Hitting the 18-month mark… News, progress & plans.
This website is constantly evolving. Little things change almost every day, so if something looks different the next time you visit, you’re not imagining it.
I continue to work away on short-form content. The Red Dead Redemption 2 series is now complete… all 300 clips of it! That joins Grand Theft Auto V and Cyberpunk 2077: Phantom Liberty as completed projects.
I still jump in and out of games as the mood takes me. If I disappear from one game and suddenly reappear in another, you can probably draw your own conclusions. There are no financial or click motivations here. I play what I enjoy, not necessarily what you enjoy… and certainly not what the algorithm thinks I should be playing.
Every day I’m posting clips and Shorts to YouTube, Instagram, TikTok and Facebook. More recently I’ve added Pinterest and X to the mix. Learning how each platform works has become a game in itself, and I genuinely appreciate every comment, suggestion and bit of encouragement along the way. Thanks for helping me level up.
Gramepa’s regular schedule:

Merchandise is slowly making its way onto the website too. Gramema has taken command of that operation, drawing on years of experience in retail and fashion. If it looks professional, that’s probably her doing rather than mine.
Looking back, the first six months were all about getting a shed load of content out there and figuring out how this whole content creation thing actually works. The following six months were spent getting to grips with short-form content. Now the next chapter begins: a healthier mix of long-form videos, Shorts, livestreams (finally!) and community content that gives people something worthwhile rather than simply chasing views.
When I look back at those early videos, I can see how far I’ve come. At the same time, I know I’m only getting started.
Fibre broadband is finally on the horizon. I’ve been saying that for what feels like a year now, but when it arrives it’ll completely change what I’m able to do. Everything you’ve seen so far has been created over a rather questionable 4G connection, so faster internet opens the door to regular streaming once again.
I’m also talking with family members about streaming together from different parts of the world. Time zones may make for some very late nights and very early mornings, but it should be great fun. Current candidates include Warhammer: Vermintide 2, Elden Ring: Nightreign, ARC Raiders and Helldivers 2. I gave up on Elden Ring after one session (there’s video evidence), so I may need to sneak in a little “practice” beforehand.
The new studio, workshop and gaming cave is also taking shape. Organised chaos is probably the best description. It’ll finally bring all of my computers, cameras, tools and questionable collections together under one roof.
Bear with meβI’m still learning. I joked to Offspring 4.0 that this all feels like studying at YouTube University. She’s largely responsible for me ending up here after casually revealing she’d been streaming for a couple of years. It turns out there’s a lot more to content creation than simply pressing the record button. It’s hard work, but enormously rewarding… especially considering I still have a few “proper” jobs that pay the bills.
Most importantly, thank you for your company. Tens of thousands of you have spent a little time watching, commenting, laughing or simply following along, and I don’t take that for granted.
This is a long-term project built around the hobby I’ve loved for most of my life. I’m in no rush. I’ll keep learning, keep improving and, hopefully, keep providing something worth dropping by for.
Gaming has been my hobby for fifty years. Content creation is simply the next adventure.
