One Last Ride On The Road To GTA VI 📅 117 Days to launch

Franklin thinks it’s just another routine repossession. Then, in an instant, everything changes. Michael doesn’t give him time to weigh the options. He’s forced to choose; Does he refuse… or does he drive through the window?

That single decision sets the entire story in motion. Rockstar reminds us that life’s biggest turning points rarely arrive with a warning. They’re often disguised as ordinary days until one unexpected moment changes everything.

This isn’t just an action scene. It’s the first real test of Franklin’s character. Until now, he’s been drifting, working for Simeon, following orders, going through the motions. Michael’s arrival throws him into chaos, but it also breaks that routine.

I’ve talked before about Franklin’s arc being about agency. Ironically, the event that starts him on that journey is one where he feels he has almost none. Michael forces the decision, but from that point onward Franklin begins meeting people and facing situations that gradually push him toward making choices for himself. He’s becoming a big boy now.

That’s why this scene matters. It’s not simply “the car through the window.” It’s the catalyst that takes Franklin off one path and unknowingly puts him on another.

With Grand Theft Auto VI on the horizon, I thought it was the perfect time to revisit one of the greatest games ever made. GTA V was one of the very first games I created content for, and while I had plenty of enthusiasm back then, I was still learning the art of recording, editing and storytelling. I won’t deny, I still have a long way to go though!

So, over the days leading up to the launch of GTA VI, I’m returning to Los Santos for Grand Theft Auto V – Series 2. Rather than simply re-uploading old footage, I’m creating a brand-new collection of fast-paced shorts that focus on the funniest moments, biggest fails, epic stunts and unforgettable chaos. These clips are shorter, sharper and edited to keep the action flowing from start to finish. Think of it as a celebration of GTA V, a countdown to GTA VI, and a chance to compare where Gramepa started with where the channel is today. The challenge is to get the whole game covered by GTAVI launch.
